1. Power Point is a complete graphics package that gives you everything to produce a professional-looking presentation.
2. It uses text handling, outlining, drawing, graphing, clip art, and etc.
3. Power Point offers rich speaker and aids help you create truly effective presentations.
4. With PowerPoint you can do presentations, Slides, Handouts, Speaker's Notes, and Outlines.

6. When opening PowerPoint select blank presentation.
7. Blank presentation will allow you to build you own presentation the way you want.

and the name of the presentation you are working on.
13. The standard Toolbar contains icons for commonly used commands.
14. Placeholders contain formatting characteristics for items to be added which saves time in creating your presentations.
15. View buttons allow you to switch between PowerPoint views, which change how your presentation is displayed on the screen.
16. The Status Bar number of slides in the show,the Design Template in use, and contains buttons for easy access menu commands.
17.The Slide Sorter Pane displays thumbnail representations of each slide in a presentation.
18. Slides tab can be used to navigate by clicking on the slide you want to view.
19.You can also drag a thumbnail to move a slide to a new position in your presentation.
20. The Menu Bar displays a list of menus that you use to give commands to PowerPoint.
21.Clicking the Format menu name would display different formatting commands.
22. The Formatting Toolbar contains buttons for the most commonly used formatting commands.
23. The slide Pane displays the slides one at a time.
24. The Task Pane lists commands that are relevant to whatever you’re doing in PowerPoint.
25.If you want to have more room to view a document, You can easily hide the task pane.
26. PowerPoint displays a slide containing placeholders which identify the placement and location of the objects on the slide.
27. PowerPoint automatically places the text in the first text placeholder, If you start typing
without selecting the text placeholder.
28. to play the slide, click the slide show button on the View Buttons.
29.To return to the Slide View press the ESC button.
30.In Powerpoint Presentation you can change font, style, and add graphics to any slide.
